Customers are told to order via the kiosk, yet I saw another customer being allowed to order directly with the cashier. It seemed inconsistent and got his meal before us. Managers on duty: Bindu and Lewis. Bindu also wasn’t gonna give us our takeaway bag either even though it was on the order. Snail pace.
