  Ordered with the new ordering screens as apparently ordering over the counter isn't acceptable any more. 30 minutes later for 5 subs and all were wrong. 2 young girls looked like they wanted to walk out the door.

  I came here with my 2 children yesterday and was very pleased with the service. I was served by a lady and her daughter who were both very polite and attentive. The food was fresh and the nicest subway I've had in a long while.

  Purchased a gift voucher, money left the bank. Nothing showing on the voucher but they are refusing to refund it. I have receipts and the gift card. Saying they need to speak to their IT dept and they'll call me within a few days. Never called

  Ordered a couple of salads to go with a bbq, one turned up lovely, the other with about 5mm of salad. Just eat where rubbish, refused refund so I’ll be going down there in the morning as closed early. We pay the same for a sub but with less salad, absolute trash

  They only ever have 2 vegan options. Sometimes only 1, when subway generally offer at least 4. Male server seemed friendly, female server was rather moody. Wasn't busy when we walked in, yet all the tables were dirty. There didn't seem to be any napkins within this subway as they were not on the side with the straws etc and we were not given anyway with out food.
