  Avoid this store. Order shows out with the driver for 40mins then said delivered when it wasnt. Eventually £50+ of pizza arrived cold and ice cream completely melted. Spokento the store 3 times and they couldn't explain why it's been out for so long and refuses any refund.

  This place has the absolute worst customer service I have ever encountered. There was 5 people standing around when I arrived and I stood there looking directly at them with one literally staring at me as they all ignored my existence. I said hello, and still they just looked at me, then a few proceeded to areas and still ignored me. When I asked if anyone could help me one lady from the back finally walked over, but surprisingly, the 4 that were directly close to the front counter, a man and two women just stood continuing to ignore my existence . When the women approached I asked for the contact details of the manager or supervisor and she just shook her hard no. I asked again and again she shook her head no. I couldn't bring myself to order anything from them because I was astonished by the terrible attitude and poor service. I honestly do not understand how they have customers. What's worst is I steeped out to see if I could find the details of the store outside the building and I observed the same people standing around completely ignoring the next customer. Maybe they have enough online orders that customers in person are considered annoying. I don't know, but I will never return there and anyone who has any level of dignity wouldn't patron this location either .Its the absolute worst. Refused service and refused the contact details for customer service to complain. This place is losing money due to poor service. Hire new staff that want to be there and your sales margin will increase. I don't know who does the hiring but the folks there are collecting money to socialise and not attend to customers.
