  Pizzas are nice and with friendly staff. The shop is clean and the hygiene levels is excellent here. If you want authentic Italian pizzas go elsewhere

  £30 STOLEN! Ordered via Uber but order never arrived. Called shop and they claim their system was down and don't have my order. Shop fobbed me off telling me to contact Uber. Uber support claim to have delivered order and refuse to refund. Domino's refused to take responsibility of their system failure. I paid £30 and got nothing but hunger and frustration.

  Customers need to wait a long time to collect their ready to collect order. The staffs are busy in talking. Even if they see the customer, they just ignore them🥴

  No wonder their rating is 3.5; worst experience, I was out yesterday and wife sick hence ordered pizza. Family asked me order one large pizza for kids but I ordered 2 since always had great experience with dominos. Via portal tried to place the order, it automatically picked up Orpington High Street branch didn't think twice to change it since I had never ordered from them earlier. After placing the order it took more than 90 minutes to receive the delivery. I had call them to check if delivery is taking place or not. Somehow they delivered the pizza and my 9 years old son found a hair strand in pizza while eating. After complaining they didn't even attempt to resolve the issue or show any concern. I am tired of writing any further here hence attaching pictures of pizza and email exchanges with their team. Disgusting service standards and it seems they don't care as noticed many such other reviews of this branch on Google reviews.
