  shocking service at this place. staff just wondering up and down while customers wait, cooking their own food then disappearing. Had to ask for a refund. Absolute jokers.

  I've been using the drive-thru and eating in the car park at the Blue Boy's Burger King frequently. I had a minor issue with a burger I bought. The assistant manager - Nick - did everything possible to rectify the problem, very professionally, and with a smile on his face. Great people skills. A credit to Burger King.

  10/10 this store is always fab! Love coming to have lunch and chill, always greeted with a smile and a friendly chat.

  Great milkshake! But won't be coming back card only no cash....will not support company's that go down this route.

  I ordered through the front counter on Sunday, thinking I’d treat my family to dinner only for me be waiting for an hour which was extremely frustrating. I continued to ask the man at front counter how long my food is going to take and he just replied with “as you can see we are very short staff so it may be a while” in a sarcastic tone. This did irritate me but I understood his frustration because this place clearly has know idea how to run a restraunt. The staff looked like zombies, shouting at eachother and clearly did not want to be there. In addition to this the dining area was also filthy, I asked for a cloth to wipe the tables down and was denied so we had to take our food home which resulted in it being cold. I would say the main issue at this place is poor management and the lack of staff. Like I said I was annoyed at the man in the front counter but completely understood his frustration as they were very busy and he was the only one tending to customers. It is a shame I like Burger King but this place has really gone down hill since it first opened.
