  So we had booked a table here for our wedding anniversary today one last visit before it's gone for good been going here for years now very understaffed for obvious reasons but we don't expect to be kept waiting ages to be shown to our table. Then when asked if either of us had allergies and my wife said yes we got a sarcastic "can't wait!" We were show to a table and asked did we want a drink straight away ? We said can we look? sure we will give you a couple of mins then sever said. now 15 mins later still no sign of getting served the table was sticky and dirty and both looked at each other and said the same thing we will be here hours! So we decided to leave a bad end to a great relationship with this chain we travelled less than 5 mins down the road had a great meal on our table within 5 mins it was lovely now bearing in mind the whole chain goes soon it was a special time ruined by a sarcastic server If you don't want to be polite and helpful consider a different job!!!

  Food and service really good just seemed to be really understaffed so wait time for your food quite high very hard workng staff

  Almost always have items on the menu that are not available and not very helpful in substitution of items instead

  2nd time here. And the 1st time was great. This time the service was slow like it was understaffed. But the staff were polite. But it took 2 hrs for a starter and main! And the food… steak was cooked too much for what I asked for. Medium rare it was charcoaled and my partner ordered a chicken burger and it had bacon. The bacon was rock solid and the burger was very dry
