  Delivery last weekend. 2 pizzas. Both really dry, tasteless and cold. Dominos is usually really hot, tasty and juicy. How is it so hard to replicate a pizza when it is your job/business? It should be identical every time, surely! I give up with this country. Even the food is unreliable...

  iPhone order and I was surprised when I was informed this particular store does not accept telephone order. I have decided not to ever patronise this branch ever again.

  This is the third time this has happened. I ordered pizza with extra cheese and they charged me for it. However, they didn’t even put normal cheese. When I asked for the manager, the staff cleverly claimed she was. She don’t even know what I was complaining about. They simply said she was the manager. She was very rude. They blanked me when I showed them the crust in the middle and around the side where there was no cheese and sauce. The quality is compromised because they’re trying to cut costs. They’re happy to overcharge customers but should deliver if I paid extra.

  I made an order which included a big dip. Upon delivery the big dip was not delivered. It was too late to notify the driver as he had already left my property. I immediately emailed into dominos requesting a refund for this item and was told that they have cctv footage of the dip being packed so it must have been delivered. It is a small expense but the principle is that this store has essentially thieved from me. The franchisees of dominos are clearly protected to a point where they can just deny everything. Shocking and appalling customer service to say the least.
