  Would have rated this a zero if possible ordered pizza from dominos and my boyfriend found a finger nail in his pizza after taking a bite which is obviously absolutely disgusting!!!! We rang up and the manager was very unhelpful saying they can’t refund cause he ate more than half the pizza which doesn’t make any sense as how was my boyfriend going to know when he was gonna find this fingernail the manger said he would get a driver to come and pick the pizza up before giving us a refund but no one turned up this is absolutely disgusting and unprofessional behaviour never ordering again from dominos

  so so so disappointed,went here with my dad and when they finally decided to give us our food they decided to deliver it off to someone else,also on topic of delivery why on gods green earth is your delivery over 25 quid,that’s disgusting what the hell???? they offered us a free pizza for the troubles and to remake our meal, (thank you) anyway,when we finally got our food they made one of our pizzas completely different to what we ordered,the other pizza (the free one as a sorry) wasn’t cooked properly and yet again completely different to both of our orders,the rest of the food was good don’t get me wrong but service was quite frankly awful. i’m sure they’re were all just having a bad day because you know they was also a little bit rude but whatever our food was decent. i hope you all have a great day and can hopefully serve other people the right things, anyway on side note your twisted dough balls and cookies are like heaven so give the person who made those a raise

  Have got my order incorrect on multiple occasions, despite having specifically orders and paid extra for a pizza with specific topics. The manager Sandy is unhelpful and unwilling to solve the problem or be apologetic for repeatedly making the same mistake on multiple orders.

  Delivery last weekend. 2 pizzas. Both really dry, tasteless and cold. Dominos is usually really hot, tasty and juicy. How is it so hard to replicate a pizza when it is your job/business? It should be identical every time, surely! I give up with this country. Even the food is unreliable...
