  It was amazing the food is fresh and beautiful. Roha served me and the customer care was exceptional. I definitely recommend this Burger King.

  this was my first time trying burger king. i liked it, food came out nice and hot just as you'd expect (unlike some other fast food places). i do feel it's overpriced, fast food shouldn't cost almost the same as a proper quality restaurant serving the same stuff. but this is a problem a lot of fast food places have nowadays. i think half the issue is the "people will pay it so why don't we make more profit" mindset. i think the bacon double cheese XL could do with some ketchup as standard. but overall, i was satisfied with the meal (better than mcdonalds)

  Let’s not kid ourselves, BK is the elite alternative to McDonalds, the Maidstone branch has never let me down. When it’s ordered on the app and delivered, it arrives in 15 minutes, and it’s always hot and well prepared. If I order via the app to collect I occasionally have to wait, but when you have staff of Shane’s calibre you don’t mind, he’s always friendly and remembers you to offer that personal touch. The latter is something that is easily overlooked these days. I’ve never had a bad experience here, and the food is always decent, keep your standards high BK Maidstone.
