  Quick delivery once ordered online but 1 of our specialised pizzas was missing 2 topping. It would be nice if when phoning with an issue with delivery someone would answer the phone. On automated hold for 30mins on 2 different phones. Gave up as we were having a party.

  Have always put Papa Johns above any of their competitors for quality and service, but recently have had a change of opinion. I’ve used the Ditton shop (delivery) since it opened without complaints but recently my orders have been very substandard. Pizzas have been cold or lukewarm with hardly any toppings, bases are soggy and my last order looked like someone had shook the box as the pizza was a mess. I should have telephone the store and complained but thought it was just a couple of one offs. It’s a shame but will not be ordering again in the near future.

  Took 18 minutes from ordering from my phone to getting to my door. Top service. Never had to wait longer than half hour and used many times. Food is good too!
