- IVIsabel ValeApr 6, 20261.0We just pulled into this Greggs at 6pm hoping to get a tea for the rest of our journey. To our surprise, the staff had closed it off and appeared to have closed up. It states online it is open and closes at 20:15pm. Very misleading!

- ABAdam BaileyFeb 24, 20265.0After a bad accident on the A2, we managed to get off the motorway and visited Greggs whilst waiting for the RAC. Brilliant staff, genuinely concerned about our welfare, especially George who made sure we wouldn't get fined by the car park cameras due to our car being so badly damaged and having to park up so long. Great food, great staff, they are a credit to the company, can't thank them enough.

Dont know what they cant add up but overcharged 1.5-2 pound for a couple sandwiches , be aware if buying here thought this happened before and now i beleive it did now i picked up on it

What happens to your leftover food?
We’ve been donating unsold food for a long time. Originally our bakeries would team up with large charities who would help distribute it to smaller organisations.
This process remains in place, though we’ve also worked hard to increase the amount of unsold food donated by our shops and we currently support a network of 1,077 local good causes.
In 2022, we redistributed 1,800 tonnes of unsold food through our Outlet shops. A share of the profits from the outlets, totalling £450,000, was then donated back into the communities we serve.
