  Tanju was lovely — kind, patient and helpful. The staff are always great. We always enjoy the burgers and fries here. I like how much you can customise your burger. The milkshakes are delicious.

  I came into Five guys today with my family, I was served by Jack who helped us understand everything and helped me with my allergy with what was suitable. He kindly showed me a chart with everything and guided me through. He even personally made my food even though at the time it was very busy which he also apologised for. This was not an issue for us as we did not mind waiting as the food was spectacular. The service and the food was amazing and I felt my allergy was important to the team and was handled carefully and either such care. Thank you

  I had a fantastic experience at Five Guys Bluewater thanks to the excellent service provided by Yaro and Eti. Even though it was close to closing time, they were still incredibly friendly, welcoming and willing to take the time to help me. They went above and beyond by helping me sign up to the Five Guys app, explaining how it works and making the process quick and easy. I really appreciated that they did this despite it being near the end of their shift, rather than rushing me out. Their patience, professionalism and positive attitude really stood out. It is this kind of customer service that makes you want to come back, and I’ll definitely be returning to Five Guys Bluewater. Yaro and Eti are a credit to the team!
