  Great food, great service and just overall great. Five guys is always a good stop, the fries are amazing and the burgers and hotdogs are great especially with different topping.

  Went for birthday meal and spent almost £100 for my family. Ordered extra patties but they were not added (did get them after going back to to show them). Milkshake machine was not working - making warm and fully liquid milkshakes (or milks). A very nice waitress explained this to us and after waiting for 20 min for machine to recover, she asked us just to go get a refund. As I was waiting for refund (one pay machine was broken and two of three self order machines out of commission), a guy told me machine was fine - just needed reset. I went back and got…. Still milks… didn’t make s fuss but was disappointed in the guy and new waitress who clearly didn’t care about doing their job well…

  Wonderful place with excellent food! I visited with my wife and children, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. They helped us choose our meals and toppings, making the whole experience even better. It was an amazing experience from start to finish. We will definitely be back Thank you all.

  As a regular fan of Five Guys, I was heavily disappointed with this location. From the start, there was no water available from the drinks machine and no peanuts, which was already a poor first impression. Unfortunately, the burger didn’t make up for it. The onions weren’t grilled as expected, and the mayo and mustard seemed to have been added with little care or attention. Overall, the food and service fell well below the standard I’ve come to expect from Five Guys. I would personally avoid this location.
