  Best meal had in a while, great setting and staff couldn't be more attentive and helpful. Totally recommend and will visit again next time in the area.

  Honestly, I really enjoy the food here and have never had any issues with it. Unfortunately, the only thing that left a bad taste in my mouth was the customer service from a member of staff named Olivia. Her attitude was genuinely disappointing. As soon as i came in she took my order, she was constantly rolling her eyes, came across as rude, and spoke in a very abrupt manner. The way she spoke to the customers is incredibly rude, and she looks away while you’re talking to her as if she’s completely uninterested in serving you or helping in any way. After waiting over 20 minutes for my food which is unusual as the service is normally quite quick I approached her while she was holding a tray and politely asked if it was my order. I only asked to save her the trouble of having to look around for my table number. She quickly responded with “no" and muttered more stuff under her breath looked me up and down, and gave me so much attitude. It was so unnecessary and unprofessional. I understand that waitressing can be difficult I’ve worked in hospitality myself, so I know it can be stressful and demanding. However, that’s no excuse for treating customers with so much disrespect. If you don’t want to be there, thats your choice, but there’s no need to take it out on paying customers who have done absolutely nothing wrong. It’s a shame because the food is genuinely great, and the other staff there are so kind they even gave me extra wings for having to wait a while which i didnt even ask for, so i really appreciate that. Thank you to all the other staff there who are always so kind everytime i come in, it was just this time ive had this experience

  I went to bluewater yesterday and I loved my interactions with the staff. Kira served me and she made sure to double check that I was satisfied with everything. Thank you so much I will definitely be back!

  I am Revanth. I visited Wingstop for the first time in my life, and I didn’t know anything about the food. Miss Simran, who was taking my order at the counter, helped me a lot in selecting the food. The amazing part was that the food was so tasty, delicious, and spicy.   I been coming back to wingstop bluewater because the service, attitude, kindness of the till is very good and clear. Mary makes more different and she make me especial and very helpful. Not like other restaurants or fast food that such miresable face. Who ever the manager in bluewater you should care how Mary is really good and kindness. You should see her efforts. The food is lovely it's more worth of coming back again and again.
