  Had a great solo night celebrating an academic achievement here at TGI’s and it was lovely! I was served by Kelly and she was just stellar - great service, very attentive but not bothersome, and also just very friendly. The food was also pretty good and came fast - the drinks are definitely the main event here, big fan of the Go Ultimate option 😉

  Had a wonderful time grabbing some food and drinks here before our shop. Food was delicious and service was delightful. Chris kept us entertained and made our experience even more enjoyable!!!

  Went for some lunch, was greeted by Joan at the entrance and show to a table. As a wheelchair user I like to move onto a seat and Joan was very kind enough to offer assistance in transferred if required. Had a beer whilst looking at the menu. Spoke to Sofia D my waitress and chose from their ‘everyday trio’ and she got my beer and starters very quickly. She brought the mains out and after explain a medical condition she got me a takeaway box for the burger to take home that a had later that evening. Overall very polite and welcoming staff friendly atmosphere music at an acceptable level and thank-you to Sofia for going around taking some of the pictures I got there

  Chris was a fantastic server for us today, he could not have been more attentive, he made sure our daughters food came fast, he was informative about the menu and he honestly looks as though he enjoys his job which is rare these days. What a gem thank you so so much for making our visit so enjoyable.

  Firstly, the starters were delicious, light and looked appetising, they even gave us extra bbq boneless wings for the TGI Combo, and the waitresses that served us were very polite. Secondly, the Main was just as good as it was described, I got the TGI original Burger, with two smashed patties, lettuce, dill pickle, tomato and mayo, very large and colourful, my family got the ribs to share between the two, they said it was “Amazeballs”. Thirdly, we had to wait a small amount of time to be seated, as tables/booths were full when we arrived, the ordering time was fast and we got our food quick. The waitress that served us is named Lena, she is very polite and very good at her job, she deserves a recognition. We will be returning again 🔥😋
