  Patrick was our server this afternoon & was such a treat! We were seated and served so quickly, no waiting. Patrick was friendly, attentive, welcoming, polite and informative. He had a really positive auora and engaged with us happily which was really appreciated especially as we had children in our party. Big believer in leaving reviews, good, honest hardworking goes unnoticed nowadays and he really was amazing and should be recognised for it... or at the very least be shown this review to know how much we appreciated him. We will return after such a good first time experience! Thankyou Patrick ❤️

  A group of Five of us had visited the restaurant it wasn’t particularly busy and after ordering it took 53 minutes for the food to arrive. The staff were no where to be seen. We had asked where the food was and the waitress looked panicked as if she forgot to send the order through. The food was nice and tasted okay however the day after all five of us had contracted food poisoning. Would not recommend

  Joanne was absolutely brilliant. She was friendly, welcoming, and made sure everything was perfect throughout our meal. She checked in at the right times, was attentive without being overbearing, and gave excellent customer service. She really made the experience enjoyable. Thank you, Joanne we’ll definitely be back!

  Our recent experience at this TGI Fridays was completely unacceptable. From the moment our party of five arrived, the waitress managing the outdoor seating area was incredibly rude and dismissive. Instead of being welcomed, we were treated as an inconvenience. We were bluntly told there was a 25-minute wait and ordered to 'please move.' After stepping aside, she disrespectfully commanded us to move even further away.(And we moved further away to the restaurant inf front of fridays). Her bossy demeanour made it clear she is entirely unsuited for a customer-facing role. We definitely will not be returning to this branch

  Came here this evening with my partner. I have never been to a tgi Friday before but it did not disappoint. We arrived, we didn’t have a table booked in, within 30 seconds we were taken to our table and asked if that location was okay for us, we found the place very relaxing, not overly busy and we was able to hear each other talk. The service was incredible our waitress Ellie was extremely polite and friendly and very helpful. Her communication and polite attitude made our evening complete and there was no problems. When eating here it didn’t feel rushed, the food seemed fresh and it was very enjoyable. I would recommend eating here as it’s a good place and a variety of food! The toilets are a little walk up the stairs which a lot of places are but I didn’t realise they were that far up, which for me is not a problem.
