  Trina has been so helpful, friendly and welcoming. We really enjoyed our meal and the service has been impeccable! Attentive where needed, always with a smile and never far away if we needed anything! Thank you for a lovely lunch!

  ⭐️ Very disappointing visit to TGI Fridays Bluewater We’ve visited TGI Fridays Bluewater before and had a really good experience with the food, atmosphere and service, so unfortunately today was a huge disappointment. The food was good, and the other members of staff were attentive but the service from our server Sofia D was rude and unhelpful. The restaurant was still running Kids Eat Free, so I asked how to get the code. There was no phone service and the restaurant Wi-Fi wasn’t working. I was told to use my data and, when I explained I had no service, was told “that’s not my problem” and that TGI Fridays doesn’t provide mobile data. I eventually had to step outside to get signal and obtain the code myself. Our drinks also seemed to be an inconvenience. My lemonade wasn’t mixed properly, so I mentioned it. She replaced it but then told me she had tasted it and it was now fine. She was standing there licking her lips after tasting the drink I had been drinking, which I found extremely uncomfortable and inappropriate. I would have expected it to simply be replaced. When we were ready to pay, we made several attempts to get her attention, but she repeatedly avoided our table, leaving us waiting to settle the bill. It’s a shame because we previously enjoyed TGI Fridays, but today’s service completely ruined the experience. I hope management takes this feedback seriously, as this was far below the standard I would expect.

  Sofia at the Bluewater branch was so helpful , she gave us recommendations, checked in throughout our meal and was genuinely a lovely bubbly face to be served by. More employees like sofia and restaurants will be a better place to spend your money 🥰 thanks Sofia

  This was probably the best experience I have ever had. My partner and I were sat immediately. Although we were told that the waitress was pretty busy, we were seen to almost immediately anyway. She welcomed us with a lovely smile and couldn’t have been more friendly. We both asked for a Diet Coke. She reminded us that there were free refills and that she would keep us topped up. She did not lie!!! We were not without a drink for a second. The food was brought out to us again, very quickly and was absolutely perfect. She checked on us regularly and was absolutely perfect. Kayleigh! Have a wonderful day and I really hope to see you again soon.

  It was a wonderful day as always in Bluewater. My son decided to eat at TGI Fridays, a place I haven't visited in a while, so I wasn't sure what to expect beyond the kids eat free promotion, which is a bonus. The only frustrating aspect was that you need the TGI Fridays app to be eligible for the kids eat free offer. The menu has significantly downsized, but I ordered the Friday signature whisky-glazed sesame chicken strips, which were okay but a bit bland and became somewhat overwhelming after a while. I was excited to order the full rack of BBQ ribs, as it’s usually a safe choice, but it was disappointing. The sweet potatoes were undercooked, and the coleslaw tasted like it had been sitting out for a while. The portions were generous for the kids. The service was efficient; food arrived quickly, hot, and fresh. I think I'll return, but probably only for drinks, especially the 2-for-1 cocktails.
