As you enter the shop you say hello they never say hi back , you ask for something in the store that you need or cannot find and they just ignore you as if your not even there , you ask them about a certain product that your interested in and their answer is “ I don’t know and I don’t care as I don’t make these products “ overall very disrespectful people very poor customer service and have no understanding or any care towards their customers. I will never go to this store again as I would rather spend my money in another store where I am not treated like rubbish on the floor when I spend over £200 in their store each time I come in. VERY DISAPPOINTED! AND THEY LOST A VERY GOOD CUSTOMER.
