Ordered a pizza not only did that take 1hr to arrive but they forgot our sides, upon calling the man we spoke too was nice and said he’ll send it, after 40 minutes we had eaten our pizza and no longer wanted the sides as there was absolutely no sign of them and rung again to speak to a very rude woman who said too bad the delivery driver is on his way and hung up… terrible service took over an hour and 40 minutes.

Says “walk in wins, buy one get one free any size” on the menu when you walk in but apparently that only applies to medium and large pizzas and they’ve “run out” of personal pizzas. No response to “don’t you think you should honour that?” Know when to upsell. Disgraceful.

Ordered a vegetarian pizza and one of the slices had a piece of chicken on it. We at vegetarians so we were unable to eat the pizza as there was meat on it. I called up to let them know but the lady wasn’t very helpful and didn’t really apologise for the error, instead she just mentioned the fact that there is always cross contamination which is not really re assuring. When quality checking the pizzas, this should be picked up. Won’t be ordering again.
