I have been going to this restaurant for years and it has always been good and the menu was great for the kids. My recent visit was very disappointing menu had changed, no pizza for the kids, food missing from menu and also drinks. We had our meal at 7.15pm so having a shortage at this time of day is not acceptable. The staff were great as usual but the food and menu was not great. I ordered the signature burger it was good as expected, kids had nuggets and fish fingers, kids eat some of it but it looked awful. Before going in again next year I will investigate first and if no changes have been made I will get a takeaway or go to McDonalds. Please sort out the menu to be more suitable for kids and stock levels. Chef and manager need a talking to

Closing to the public on the 3rd September and then only going to be open for residents from the Premiere Inn, not sure if they are running food down, but no steak, no mixed grill, and no fish and chips. We did though have a great waitress, very friendly and helpful, but the food was not so great.

It was ok. We had breakfast and most things that were advertised were not available. We had no service as no one came round to ask if everything was ok. Just met one person at the bar who took our money and saw no one else. Felt a bit pushed out when breakfast had finished.

Epically bad service. 20 minutes to get a pint queuing with only a few people at the bar. Insufficient staff and the one member of staff that was serving me needed more support as she was new and the other off for a cigarette break. It could be done so much better with waiting staff and payments at the tables. That would be slick and efficient but why do that when you can do it this badly instead.
Absolutely dreadful place, undercooked food and then the second lot that came out - apparently fresh and appeared cooked however it was still cold. There was no way on this earth that it was a quarter pounder either - it looked like a cheap supermarket burger.
Draught coke is watered down and the premium lagers aren’t served in the specific glasses. Service was relatively polite but so slow considering the restaurant wasn’t at all busy. This place has all the hallmarks of somewhere that is closing down, which I believe it is in September. I feel sad for the staff because they’re going to lose their jobs but I’m also not surprised these restaurants have been losing business.
