  Leider hat man als Tourist das nachsehen. Mit einer UK fremden Adresse kann man keine Kundenkarte bekommen und man ist gezwungen die überhöhten Preise zu bezahlen

  Ако очаквате пресен хляб рано сутрин в 06:00-06:30 няма да го намерите. Освен това тъй като съм международен шофьор (не живея тук, а само влизам и излизам по работа в страната) и не познавам добре английските продукти попитах служителка и тя ме подведе...   I visit this store three times a week before going to work. This morning, I purchased a coffee from the Costa machine located near the entrance/exit. While I was there, I observed a member of staff replenishing the trays of pasties with his bare hands, without wearing disposable gloves. I questioned him and asked why he was not using gloves, especially as tongs were provided for customers to use when selecting items. His response was that he had been doing the job for nine years and that there was no issue with it. I was dissatisfied with his response and informed him that I would raise the matter with the store manager. I then spoke to the manager on duty and explained my concerns. She stated that it was normal practice and that staff are trained to handle food with their bare hands. I also asked why customers are expected to use tongs when handling the pastries, while staff are apparently permitted to handle the same products directly with their hands. I felt this was inconsistent and did not receive a satisfactory explanation. As a result of this experience, I purchased my coffee as usual but decided not to buy a pasty. This version is suitable for a customer complaint or feedback submission.
