  I recently stopped at Burger King and it was honestly one of the most frustrating food experiences I’ve had in a long time. The service was incredibly slow from the start. The queue barely moved, and it felt completely disorganised behind the counter. After finally reaching the front, I was told that the item I wanted was sold out — something that could have been communicated much earlier given how long people were waiting. What made things worse was the lack of order in how food was being handed out. I waited for my meal while watching my burgers sit ready on the side for around 10 minutes, yet customers who ordered after me were served first. There didn’t seem to be any system in place. The most concerning part, though, was hygiene. I saw the server use his bare hands to sweep chips that were lying on the counter straight into my bag. That completely put me off eating there. Overall, the experience felt chaotic and poorly managed. When you’re travelling, especially somewhere like the terminal where options are limited, you expect at least a basic level of efficiency and cleanliness. Unfortunately, this place didn’t meet either expectation.

  This is the worst food I’ve had for a long time. It’s almost fraud the food that arrives from the advertised product. £25 for 2 awful meals is horrendous. I’d rather have eaten a lukewarm microwave Rustlers burger than the grotty “wagu” burger they claim to have sold me. The best that has come from my visit today is that I will never eat another burger king as long as I live.
