  I cant give lower than a 1 because reviews dont allow it but when they take your money and fail to provide your order , then told your not eligible for a refund. Pretty sure this is fraud.

  Really friendly staff, it's rare to visit a Burger King where the staff are happy, smiling and polite and courteous, we were very surprised and happy by the excellent service. What an asset to the company. The place was also spotless! I dont usually leave reviews for fast food places, but this tops the list. Excellent all around and other establishments could learn a lot from this place. 5 stars.

  Great Place, if you’re wanting to die. We came to this Burger King a few weeks ago when it was fairly quiet. When ordering, we specifically asked if the burger contained mayonnaise because of a severe egg allergy. We were told NO and there wasn’t anything to worry about and that all of the mayo was vegan. After sitting down to eat, we noticed what looked like mayonnaise in the burger. We went back to the counter to ask, and a member of staff rather rudely told us that all of their mayonnaise contains egg. We explained that this was a life-threatening allergy and that we’d specifically asked before ordering. We then asked if they could check the allergen information, but were simply told to “read the board over there.” The writing on the allergen board was tiny and difficult to read, so we asked if a member of staff or the manager could read it for us. They refused, so I had to go over and read it for my parent. Sure enough, it clearly stated that the mayonnaise contains egg. Giving incorrect allergen information is extremely dangerous and could have had very serious consequences. The lack of understanding, poor attitude, and refusal to help was incredibly disappointing.

  Half hour wait and still didn't recieve my order. Requested refund and instructed to fill out a form. No apology or explanation as to why very poor service, very disorganised branch. Not very sanitary. Real review would have been 0 star.
