  Half hour wait and still didn't recieve my order. Requested refund and instructed to fill out a form. No apology or explanation as to why very poor service, very disorganised branch. Not very sanitary. Real review would have been 0 star.

  Had zero interest to even grab any food, disgusting behaviour with staff , I will never wish to step foot in this branch ever again

  We travelled in the evening of a bank holiday and wanted some proper 🍔.... Following the satnav blindly and hoping it was leading us to a retail park burger king place I ended up driving around the Folkestone Town centre in the hunt for parking. Naughtily I abandoned the family car and walked with a limp and poorly thumb to the restaurant. First thing was first we had to use toilets which had a combination lock to access the facilities 137# is the current code. Service was quick to order over the counter, although the food was slow to appear, so I went to the counter 5 minutes after ordering and the talkative staff were bumbling around. The food was to fresh as they were pasturising the beef burgers at a guess before cooking them. The manager said she would bring them across when ready. For the 2 adults and 1 child our food bill was £46 This was after our 10% blue light discount was applied. Service may be quicker when they are busier, and I was disappointed that they didn't offer fill / refill your own drinks like other burgerkings. Bare in mind they lock their toilets...
