  I ordered a Pizza via the app on Wednesday 7th October 2026. After placing the order the Pizza tracker said the wait would be 30 minutes which I thought was a long time but fair enough and there was no way I could cancel the order so I had to go ahead. After 30 minutes the tracker was still showing the pizza was being prepped so I headed into the store. What greeted me was 3 young lads working their backsides off trying to clear a huge backlog with little leadership or manangement intervention, in the meantime the app orders kept coming and the phone ringing off the hook, to compound the problem aome of the customers who had been kept waiting for 30 minutes or more were taking their frustrations out on the poor young lad behind the counter. I retreated to my campervan and waited for the app to say my Pizza was ready, which it was after over an hour. While this should be a bad review I am not going to give one as when I collected the pizza the guys had cleared the backlog and things had calmed down. They thanked me for my patience, and explained they were very short staffed, and had produced over 60 pizzas between them in 90 minutes. I told them they had done a stirling job in the face of adversity. Quite frankly they are brilliant ambassadors for their company and should be rewarded for what they did. I hope a senior customer services/HR manager from Dominos reads this and gives these lads the recognition that they clearly deserve.

  My order was cooked well and chris the delivery driver was qucick at the delivery and very polite and helpful. Keep up the good work guys and thank you for being there for me on my lazy days

  My sister placed an order. 2 items came incorrect, they argued about 1. 1 item showed a change on the receipt we didn’t make but whatever. However also ordered some cinnamon dippers, which came with no cinnamon. The did send a replacement out to be fair but again that also had no cinnamon, just some dough in the box. Laughable really. Quality assurance and customer service pretty poor in this day and age

  Called to place a collection and the manager put me on hold for 16 minutes and a family member called from there number and was answered straight away and ordered was offered to be taken wi explained we had recorded this and I was still on hold yet she could take an order while I had been on hold so long horrendous customer service and from a manger to I will be contacting head office on Monday not recommended this branch at all also she was extremely rude.
