    We came here Sunday afternoon and ordered 2 foot long meals on the kiosks and waited for what felt like an eternity for our order to be fulfilled. I've never seen such disorganisation in a fast food outlet as I did that afternoon with walk in orders prioritising over orders already made on the kiosks which resulted in customers waiting longer than necessary for their orders. When we finally did get our orders, my choice of chocolate chip cookie was sold out as the walk in customers had already bought it before our order could be compiled, the fillings were absolutely skimpy and not worth the price paid which was just over £20. I sent a complaint to customer service as couldn't complain at the time due to the ridiculous queue at the shop, to be told that they will 'speak to the team' with no mention of any compensation whatsoever. Shocking customer service, McDonald's excel where you cannot, Subway. Very poor indeed, we won't be returning to any of your outlets in the future as you have gone downhill massively.

    Food is great. But they do need to take a little more care in making the sandwiches.. they literally have ONE job.. to be a sandwich artist. But they sling it together so quickly that it looks sad. Especially with the money you pay. You don’t want just a good taste.. but a good looking sub

    Disappointing service today at this Subway. Been here a few times in the past, every time it’s been an underwhelming experience. Decided to try give it another go today, came in and ordered the new Garlic Cheesesteak sub, the staff seemed untrained and rather unbothered about trying to provide good service. Furthermore, they were uneducated about the salad ingredients that were suppose to go inside the sub. I had simply asked for them to add all of the salads that came with the sub, however, half of the ingredients were missing, I had to remind the employee of what went inside and they had to reopen my sub to put them inside, all of that resulting in the sub looking a right mess. The salad portions were also tiny and I kept hafting to ask them to add more. Will not be going back here.

    Staff very polite and took time to interact with my son and talk him through each step of making the sandwich. Which had not done before. The food was all fresh and salad was crisp and not wilted. Couldn't fault. Great food and service
