  Spent 5 minutes to download the stupid app signed up. Because I desperately need a 100th app with an account, to be told that they don’t accept the app here. Why do they have the terminals there then with the option to scan or type in offer codes. Very frustrating, if they don’t want to be part of burger king why they’re using their name. They pick the name but don’t deliver the service.

  Found the Burger King to be distinctly lacking in basic amenities (no kitchen or seating area, no drive-thru), hygiene (no toilets, but a wire fence, possibly used for dog urination). Excellent car park facilities though, and great access to the M20 and Port of Dover.

  Verschrikkelijk! Geen plateau om je bestelling op te leggen. Grotevportie friet bestaat uit 15 steeltjes, een dubbele cheese burger met bacon die je in 3 happen op hebt zonder enige smaak te bekennen en dat voor 7 pond! Vreselijk! Ik zou me kapot schamen om dit zo te verkopen!

  Unprofessional staff and constant issues with opening hours!I am a professional coach driver and I arrive at this location with groups of passengers late at night. Officially, the restaurant is open until 11:00 PM, but the staff regularly closes the shutters and stops serving customers much earlier. Tonight, as seen in the attached photo, everything was completely shut down by 10:24 PM.When confronted, the staff claimed it was just a "one-off situation," which is simply not true because it happens almost every time we travel through here. The crew clearly closes early just to finish cleaning ahead of their working hours.My passengers are exhausted after checking in and want to get a warm meal before a long journey, but they are turned away despite the restaurant legally having more time until closing. This is lazy and unacceptable. Management needs to look into what their night shift is doing.
