  We visit Wagamama regularly and always have a great experience. The food and atmosphere are consistently excellent, and the staff are always welcoming. A special mention to Kat, who served us on our last visit. She was absolutely brilliant—friendly, attentive, and incredibly helpful throughout our meal. Her excellent service really made our visit even more enjoyable. Thank you, Kat, and the whole team. We’ll definitely be back! 😊

  Myself and my friend Guy went to celebrate a minor premium bond win. Kat welcomed us and gave excellent advice on the menu. We were served by Poppy. Both very friendly folk up for a banter! We come every week for the cheap films! The money we saved will be spent at wagas! The food was fantastic!!🤗🤗 as Arnie said we will be back!! Mark Surry

  upon arriving at the restaurant. a different colleague greeted me and my family dismissively and sat us to our table. upon seeing this, another colleague named maisy, greeted us with a welcoming smile. and a complimentary apple juice for my daughters to share. she was always smiling and answered every question we needed to be answered. therefore my 5 stars go to her. ps. she made sure our food came very quickly.

  I have to write a big dissatisfaction!!! about this restaurant. I visited it yesterday for the first time, but also the last time. We had a visitor and we wanted him to feel good with us, so we thought about which restaurant to choose, and we decided on this one, which I regretted. I ordered duck with pasta, but the duck was so dry that I couldn't chew or swallow it, it looked like they had heated it for the third time in the microwave, so I had it replaced. And what happened! They charged me 4 meals for 3 people, I paid 2 times for 1 meal., unfortunately my husband noticed it on the way out of the restaurant, because we were in a hurry to the hospital and we didn't have time to come back. It's outrageous to cheat people like this. There were only three of us and we paid £103 for 4 people. Never again, the restaurant is nice, the service is not that bad but the food is tasteless and the duck is dry!!!

  We visited Wagamama on Friday night, and the restaurant was exceptionally busy. Despite having to wait around 20 minutes in the queue to get a table, we were looking forward to our meal. Unfortunately, both the food and drinks fell short of the standard we usually expect. However, when we raised our concerns, Barbara, who we believe was the manager on duty that evening, handled the situation with outstanding professionalism. Barbara listened attentively, addressed our concerns with genuine care, and went above and beyond to ensure we left satisfied. Her calm, courteous, and proactive approach completely transformed our experience. The restaurant was under significant pressure due to how busy it was, yet Barbara still found the time to make us feel valued as customers. She single-handedly turned what could have been a one-star experience into a four-star one. A huge thank you to Barbara for making our visit a delightful one despite the initial issues. She is a real asset to Wagamama.
