- CPChristiane PlaumMar 7, 20264.0I think there is something wrong with the maintenance of the coffee machine. The coffee is sometimes okay but mostly thin and awkward tasting in both Gregg's in Dartford. My colleague says her coffee is fine at another Gregg's and I need to say something to staff about the machine before I buy, but I feel these things (like cleaning, filling up) should be standardised and not for the customer to monitor. Edit: And today, 8 March, 11am, I had a gorgeous coffee here and very friendly barrista. While in the other Gregg's in Dartford I was told that they can't influence what comes out of the coffee machine. So the issue is with the staff you get.

The crust was soggy and the sausage was rubbery. Absolutely disgraceful that a company this big and usually reliable has let me and many others down.

We’ve been donating unsold food for a long time. Originally our bakeries would team up with large charities who would help distribute it to smaller organisations.
This process remains in place, though we’ve also worked hard to increase the amount of unsold food donated by our shops and we currently support a network of 1,077 local good causes.
In 2022, we redistributed 1,800 tonnes of unsold food through our Outlet shops. A share of the profits from the outlets, totalling £450,000, was then donated back into the communities we serve.
