  Extremely slow service, about a million degrees inside and staff had a shitty attitude, particularly to people collecting orders as their job.

  Don’t normally review a burger chain. But waiting 30 minutes for 2 meals is unacceptable, should’ve just left. Can’t blame the staff they were understaffed but management needs to do something. Air con didn’t seem to work either, feel bad for workers there.

  I got stuck behind a car at the drive through for over 20mins on a Saturday night!! McDonald would’ve made this customer wait at the car park to keep the queue moving but at the branch you’re made to wait for an eternity because the staffs on duty don’t fancy taking a short walk outside!! Never coming back here again!!

  I can’t believe the way I was spoken to at this Burger King worst customer service I’ve ever recieved from a white bold man with glasses didn’t catch his name wasn’t helpful at all can’t believe you have people like this working in your establishment, was asking for basic help he didn’t help just spoke to me rudely like I was dumb, will be contacting head office.

  very poor service. rather large woman working saturday nights around 1am was rude and disrespectful when i asked simple question and walked off mid question. not happy with service will not be purchasing here for the foreseeable future
