  Avoid this store if you actually care about what you're paying for. We ordered two stuffed crust pizzas, a Tandoori Hot and a Texas BBQ, same base, placed 01/07/2026. The Tandoori Hot came out with a base so thick it looked like a deep dish pizza - almost double the size of the Texas BBQ sat right next to it. In years of ordering from this branch we have never seen anything like it. I submitted a complaint on Domino’s website straight away. That same evening, a woman called and claimed to be the Crayford manager but flat out refused to give her name, and spent the entire call telling us the pizza was perfect and that we were essentially wrong to complain and told us we ordered too many toppings (the pizza was a pre-set pizza!). No listening, no acknowledgement, just repeated denial until she finally offered either 1) a remake of the pizza, or 2) to come to our place, inspect the pizza, and confirm the pizza is eligible for a refund, right at the very end of our conversation - long after the meal was over and it was no use to us. Looking through other reviews here, we're clearly not the only ones. Multiple people describe the same pattern, food that isn't right, staff blaming the customer's order rather than the kitchen, and complaints going nowhere. This doesn't look like a one off. Good food gone to waste, and customer service that made a bad situation worse. Don’t even bother with customer service; you won’t get a response. We have ordered here many times before without issue, which makes this even more disappointing. I wish I could put less than one star.

  If I could, I would give 0! My husband ordered 2 pizzas. One was vegi supreme. I basically removed all veggies except tomatoes and add mushrooms, sweetcorn and bacon. Oh and of course with double cheese, I have ordered same pizza multiple times from different Domino’s stores. Mostly from Fulham and never EVER (!) had an issue with it. This time pizza came only half baked! Thank god I’ve noticed! So I called the store. First was one lady that picked up the call then she transferred me to another one and from very beginning I was talking politely until the Second Lady started to say it’s my fault because of the toppings I have choose! That’s ridiculous! I’ve told her that first of all if they have any issues of this kind, they have a contact number to call and this is what they should do! And not to sent unbaked pizza to poison costumers! And then I said o had same pizza multiple times but of course she was not listening. Now I got an email still saying it’s my fault because of the amount of vegetables! 🤣🤣🤣 from where you take those people? Because I can not imagine working somewhere and do such things! You should be ashamed! Extremely unprofessional but what I can expect from fast food stores… I’m very disappointed! Never again pizza from this store! Oh and from what I can see on reviews it’s not first situation with raw food there and rudeness of the staff

  i went there to buy 2 large pizza (around 10 pm,25 May 2026)and they told me to wait at the counter for them to serve me and it took them ages almost 5 minutes waiting before i decided to leave the place.They did not even bother to come and take my order and the boring part is that i was alone no other customer or any que was there.VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE @ Dominos Crayford and you just lost another customer,i wont go back there👎

  My daughter ordered this for a rare treat. She watched the delivery progress, came to our road/house, passed, drove around the area. She rang 3 times to find out where it was. Gave her phone number. Delivery tried to ring while she was on phone so went to voicemail. Eventually turned up after another 15/20 minutes. Delivery person rude, unpleasant. Food cold, extremely disappointing, and wrong dips sent. Rubbish customer service and attitude. Daughter extremely unhappy. Don't bother with them. Go elsewhere. She asked for a refund but was ignored.
