I visited Wagamama in Chatham for lunch today and had fantastic experience! The food was absolutely outstanding- fresh, flavourful, and beautifully prepared. What made the visit even moreenjoyable was the excellent customer service.Every member of the staff was polite, welcoming. A special mention goes to a lovely girl( presumably the head chef) who kindly came out of the kitchen to check that everything was okay. That personal touch was greatly appreciated and demonstrated a genuine commitment to customer satisfaction. I would highly recommend Wagamama Chatham and will definitely be returning. 5 stars!!!

We ordered 4 meals, 3 of which came out at the same time however they forgot to put through one of the children’s meals. By the time it was ready our food had gone cold, they refused to reheat it. Our food tasted way too salty and the kids meals were overcooked. When we brought this up, we were met with disappointment as they disregarded our concerns. Would not go back.

Really nice view, great that the restaurants are expanding in Maritime and things are becoming updated. We all have a lovely celebratory meal yesterday and it was delicious. We would definitely be visiting again - would be great if parking was still what it used to be!
