- EKEva Kardosova5 days ago1.0I’m so disappointed at this order delivery that I’ve been delivered today on 30th of June basically water a green water! Paid 14£ for two smoothies . Dear manager please talk to your staff who prepared this smoothie and explain that people pay for it and it’s not just unprofessional but also harmful if I wouldn’t know what smoothie is and how it should look like, I could drink it and end up having stomach aches etc. God knows what is inside of this bottle. I’ve lost trust towards you and I will never order again. Even the food was rushed like not cooked properly. I didn’t enjoy it like before. You should have a word with your staff. And I will definitely do when I’ll be there with manger . Now what should I do ? Paid for nothing.. the food doesn’t bother me that much as this situation with this smoothies . This should never ever happen again to any customers! Some people don’t have that much money and it’s not just about money it’s the service we pay for extra for delivery and health?? I can’t go today visit your restaurant but I will definitely have a word with you next time about this!

From the second we walked through the door, both me and my partner thought she was such a genuine ray of sunshine (which we both know can be hard in a customer facing role). She comforted me when I thought my vegan meal had meat in it (again I can imagine this is very frustrating to do, but as a customer it felt no bother to Amanda) truly the best service!
