  Drove there, walked in. Waited 5 mins not even so much as an acknowledgement. Just focused on their just eat and delivery apps etc. Will never use you again, not in person, not on an app. I would rather go to Iceland

  *WHAT A LOAD OF PAP JOHNS* Total disgrace to the Papa Johns Brand, DISGUSTING attitude in store, So if you're a couple and don't want to eat within the same 3 hour time frame, guaranteed seperate delivery of SAME order, Dairy intolerant AWESOME they WILL send you a raw Dairy cheese pizza from their "Vegan" section so if the dairy doesn't get you the undercooked dough will, WICKED just what you always needed didn't know you wanted, ask for a refund after arguing with the vile staff for over 3 hours, LOL, they'll re heat the pizza that they forgot to send 3 hours before as a "good will gesture" Papa Johns do us all a favour and level that branch, If you actually want a decent Pizza and good service go Rochester 2 mins the OTHER WAY from Chat'shitam branch

  Abdsoulty pathetic, ordered at 7.10 pm for 8.15 , never turned up ,rang various times but didn't pick up.driver turned up late and told him to keep the food.I have ordered Papa John's from all over the country but never had a problem, order from my own town and have major issues

  Ordered just before 6pm, tracker updated to say food was on its way at 6:07. By 6:50 had still not arrived despite being less than 15 mins away from the shop. Called the shop who advised us they would contact the driver and food would be with us in 8 mins. Mentioned that it’s likely to be cold at this point as tracking says left over 40 mins ago. Was assured wouldn’t be cold but if it was ring them and they would remake they order. Still not food 15 minutes later, so called for a further update. Was told would contact driver and hung up. Food arrived 5 minutes later, pizza was cold and the ice cream was melted. Called again, was advised would take 45 minutes to get us our order. Asked for a refund and was told the manager is on a delivery and so they would call and get back to us on if this is possible. Unable to had a refund so requested new order be sent and was told the whole order would be swapped when delivered. New order delivered at 7:50pm (nearly 2 hours after placing order). Ice cream was missing from the new order, called to ask for a refund (got through to the same staff member from the first call at 6:50pm) and was called a liar that the ice cream wouldn’t have defrosted in the 7 minutes to deliver. Explained that our first order had taken nearly 50 minutes to arrive and in our second call had explained it was melted and pizzas cold. Now told me that when we first called our pizza had been forgotten and had left minutes before we rang so he thought it would be cold when it arrived, despite assuring us an hour earlier that it wouldn’t be cold. Told me the previous staff member should have told me to put the ice cream in the freezer as it wouldn’t be replaced and that it was my fault it had now melted further despite previously being told the whole order would be swapped. I asked again to speak to the manager and was now told he’s not working but being told the ice cream can’t have melted before delivery. Absolutely shocking customer service. Would very strongly advise against ordering from this branch ahain

  Ordered via App for collection. Received it in 5 mins. The pizza and sides were spot on and delicious.
