    Quite frankly the rudest staff I’ve ever met in my life to be honest. Let’s start from the beginning shall we… I walk in with a smile on my face and say hello, to which the male at the tills did not smile back or acknowledge my existence. Instead he stared at me with a frown. I then said my order, to which he then just turned around put gloves on and left the till. Still- no communication with customer. Then after a while stood at till expecting me to hand over money without communication of any kind- no telling me price or small talk nothing. I handed him change, he put in the till, still saying nothing and put my food on the counter. He then pointed to my food on the counter. And I took it and left. Bear in mind, this person is still frowning quite intensely. It’s important to hire staff with good communication skills/ experience in customer service as this is really off putting for customers…

    Meat + bread + Salad + Sauce + cookie. If you order a sub you know exactly what you're going to get, and it's nice to see them prep it in front of you so you can be mostly positive they haven't spat in your food. The 2 star review comes about from the fact the young gentleman serving me was unaware that face masks (in the age of COVID) need to cover the mouth and nose, not the mouth and chin. I will also award bonus points for the fact he pulled his mask down every time he spoke to me. such a helpful chap :)
