  Went in for burgers and fries and was super impressed by the staff member (her name was Rachel)'s amazing customer service and professionalism. She was friendly, taking orders and cooking all by herself, and all around going above and beyond!

  Very disappointing experience. The fries were not cooked properly and didn't taste good. When I raised the issue, the staff member said it was because of the oil, which is not an acceptable explanation. I expected better quality and service.
