  Came in for a lovely meal We came in and told the staff we had an allergy and they immediately told a Manager, Millie, who ended up serving us for the evening. Matilda kept coming over and checking on us throughout our meal and made sure we had everything thing we needed. Millie offered us a dessert menu which we couldn’t turn down and we got Miso Caramel ice Cream which was perfect and had a lovely sauce. We paid with Millie and ended up having a great experience.

  Food was on par for what you would expect for a Wagamama's, came out hot and without a long wait. What made our visit was the accommodating service by the lovely Martyna who was attentive without being intrusive. They were informative about my allergens that fall outside of "normal" allergies so can sometimes be a struggle to get proper information about.

  Staff were trying hard, but it wasn’t the best experience. Food was nice, but some of the order was wrong, and things were forgotten. They did refund the missing items though. However, I was disappointed to hear that the chef has put a new ‘rule’ in place that they can’t do yaki udon without the mushrooms, and we just have to pick them out. This dish is the thing i go to Wagamama for, but I can’t stand mushrooms. Will stick to Canterbury branch, unless this new rule is universal across all branches, which is a real shame!

  I came to Wagamama in Westwood with my girlfriend during a really busy time. The restaurant was completely full, so we were lucky to find a table for the two of us. The waiters were very knowledgeable about the menu and were happy to explain what they recommended and what they thought we might want to avoid. They were also very patient while taking our order, even though the restaurant was extremely busy. We had no issues with the service at all. For my main meal, I ordered the Raisukē curry. I really enjoyed it, although I noticed that the menu described it as a sweet curry with vegetables, while mine also had quite a bit of chilli. I'm not sure whether this was intentional or not, but either way, I still really enjoyed the dish. The portion size was very good and I was completely satisfied with the amount of food. We also ordered drinks, including a can of Coca-Cola and an iced tea. Overall, I thought the prices were very reasonable. For around £16, getting a chicken curry with rice felt like a fair price for the portion and quality. One small tip for the waiters: I know that when the restaurant is busy, you have a lot on your mind and many things to take care of. However, it can be helpful to make a habit of looking around the dining area whenever you are walking through it and being observant of customers. Sometimes a customer may need something without wanting to interrupt a waiter who is already busy. Overall, I really liked this Wagamama in Westwood and I would definitely recommend giving it a try. You might be pleasantly surprised! The service was amazing, the food was good, and the atmosphere had the usual Wagamama feel. But what really made our visit enjoyable was the excellent service and reasonable pricing. My girlfriend and I had a really good experience.

  Floor was dirty and there was loads of this weird fluff all over it; looked a bit like insulation from the building work leftover 2 weeks ago. There wasn't really any attempt of sweeping it up after querying it unfortunately. Our table was ok and everything else was clean. Food was alright but definitely needed the extra seasoning at the table, a lot of it is not worth the money with the small amount of meat to rice or noodles ratio; I think £15 for a plate of noodles (noodles are an incredibly cheap and basic ingredient) with a few little slivers of meat chucked in it is a bit much, even at today's prices. Kids meal was seemed slightly better value and was enjoyed. It made a nice change to go out to eat but don't think would be back here as a few too many faults made it not worth the money unfortunately.
