- CGChamikara Gunawardana2 days ago1.0Extremely disappointed with the service at this McDonald's in Broadstairs. The staff members were completely unhelpful and when I asked to speak to the manager to resolve the issue, the manager's attitude was just as dismissive and unprofessional. I expect a basic level of customer service, but this completely missed the mark. Won't be returning anytime.

- LLLanaAug 16, 20261.0Feels like every time I order, the staff donât care enough to complete it properly. Cant do the bare minimum like putting straws in for the drinks or giving people the sauces paid for! Best off ordering from the McDonaldâs near Tescos lol xx
- RWRuby WilsonAug 10, 20261.0Super good food but when I got home my childs socks were very dirty from running around the play area
