The woman behind the counter was incredibly rude with a face like thunder that wouldn’t crack even though I was polite and smiled at her. I simply asked for someone to acknowledge that I had been waiting for some time for an age check on the self service. I did it in a polite way but was ignored. She then snapped at me that it had been approved but because the red light was still on I was obviously unaware of this. No one said it had been approved. I just could do without the bad manners. Please improve.
