  Very disappointing experience. We waited over 30 minutes for our food, and there were still at least five orders ahead of ours, so we ended up asking for a refund. With only 60 minutes of free parking, we were also worried about receiving a parking fine. It seemed like delivery orders were being prioritised over customers actually in the restaurant. During the entire time we waited, only one in-store order appeared to be prepared while multiple delivery drivers came and went. The most concerning part was what I assume was the manager. She was constantly shouting at staff, barking orders without any basic courtesy, and even loudly criticising employees to Uber Eats and Deliveroo drivers. The kitchen staff looked completely demoralised but never stopped working, and I genuinely felt sorry for them. The poor service was disappointing, but the way the staff were spoken to was even worse. I hope this is looked into.

  It took 40 minutes for me to get my order, during this time several people had requested a refund due to poor service. Once finally receiving my food, it was stone cold. Something seriously wrong must have happened between the staff, as you could see one of them out in the kitchen clearly very disgruntled.

  I went on 25th july and I asked for everyones names and Alex Sam A Sam D Reese Summer And steve All gave me exceptional service and the burger was put together perfectly

  I'm really disappointed. I stopped going to McDonald's because Burger King had been offering better food and a much nicer atmosphere, but after my last visit I don't think I'll be returning for a while. Unfortunately, the restaurant was far from clean. Most of the tables needed wiping down, and the tray collection area was filthy, with what looked like spilled coffee or Coke left all over it. What was even more disappointing was seeing staff who appeared frustrated, throwing food down while preparing orders and huffing and puffing. It came across as very unprofessional and created an uncomfortable atmosphere. To top it off, my food was only lukewarm, and my order wasn't even correct. It's a real shame because, for the past few months, Burger King has been consistently excellent, which is why I chose it over McDonald's. I don't know what's changed, but I hope this was just a one-off because the difference in quality was really noticeable.
