  Very disappointed in service recently. Spend hundreds over the last years ordering from here but never again (app deleted). Ordered 2 pizzas on a Thursday deliver time estimated 15-35 mins. 70 mins later it arrives after 25 mins in the delivery car, after it’s held in quality control for 20 to let more orders build up for delivery. I live about 10 mins away. It’s then the last deliver of the chap as such arrives stone cold. Similar stories every time recently, would rather deliver cold food then sending out fewer order, while charging for delivery.

  Popped into Dominos Birchington after a brilliant family day at Quex Park and it was the perfect dinner choice! 🍕 Collected from store and the service was fantastic, friendly staff, quick collection, and the pizzas were hot, fresh, and really tasty. Everything was spot on and made for an easy end to a lovely day out. Would definitely order again!

  VERY UNHELPFUL AND VERY POOR SERVICE! Just spent £40+ on takeaway pizza, wedges, chicken strippers and garlic bread. Tracked the delivery, was in our road, then returned to base. Apparently had tried to deliver to incorrect address! Appears to have been driven hither and thither for 10/20 minutes. Needless to say meal was cold. Plus, even worse there was a hair in the veggie pizza! Yuk! Phoned to complain, told they needed ‘the evidence’ to be able to offer another pizza! Ludicrous, the mouthful of hairy pizza was spat into bin! Will never return after this experience! Rather sad as have generally been very happy with service and food in the past. Shape up Dominos and value your local customer base!!
