Always a very lovely environment, with very friendly and helpful staff. Since the refurb the store is looking great with the cafe looking particularly lovely and the new large range of food on the menu all looks lovely. If I ever have any trouble finding anything there are always staff around to help. The clubcard prices and offers are great and there's always plenty of parking

Sept 2026 visit first time parking free 3 hours on site for customers large massive Tesco prices are higher than Aldi Lidl and Asda but one off is okay unfortunately no staff on site everyone busy chatting as usual where are all the staff . little cafe is inside too didn’t use it so no idea the food or service but leaving the store by car is nightmare as massive traffic it leads to traffic light on the main road and expect queues

The cafe has just been renovated, it looks nice, shame about the service. Ordered drinks and food on the machine. Sat down noticed quite a few people waiting for service. The drinks arrived after about 10 mins. How long does it take to make french toast with fruit? Over 45 mins. Several other people asked for their money back and left. I asked for a refund. The staff member was a bit stressed. I was asked which machine I used to order from, I pointed at the right machine. I was asked if I was sure, cause I won't get a refund to my card. I showed her the transaction on the machine, which she also argued about. Good job I took a receipt. 3 mins different between the order on the machine and the receipt printed out by the machine. At least we found the transaction number ( not the same number you use to tell Tesco how they did or the order number), she refunded my food, not the drinks as a gesture of good will, because Tesco had fail to give their customers a great customer service. As the saying goes, 1st impression, last. This was my 1st and last time in the cafe at Larkfield. If the service doesn't put you off, the person in the kitchen with long hair hanging down, didn't impress me either. An employee for Tesco came in and ordered takeaway, they were out of the café In 5 mins unlike the other takeaway customers

awful to navigate, scan and shop system doesnt tell the proper aisles anymore for which items where, its like someone rearranged everything with their eyes closed and none of it even makes sense the shop was perfectly fine before. also almost none of the signs above the aisles telling you whats down them are in the right place, most are in between aisles so you have to guess which aisle is the one your looking for, highly inconvenient and just not nice overall.
