  Had dinner at Wagamama in Ashford Outlet tonight and was served by a lovely lady called Jo. She was a trainee, but I’d never have known! Great service and very friendly. Helped us with menu items and delivered everything with a beautiful smile! Makes a huge difference when the servers are friendly. Yaki Soba with chicken and prawn is spot on every single time!

  We really enjoyed eating at Wagamama. The options on the menu are extensive and I would recommend everything. Most dishes are packed with nutritional ingredients and are very delicious. The service is also quick and food comes within at least 5 minutes after ordering (changes depending on number of people there). My favourite dishes are probably the duck donburi or the raisukaree options. The staff are friendly and welcoming and also made sure that any allergies were catered for. I would say the atmosphere is good, but it can get moderately loud at times. I still think that this Wagamama is perfect if you are hungry or fancy a delicious meal.

  Visited a while ago and recieved excellent service from the Ashford team. Arrived nearing closing time and the staff were super friendly and attentive at making sure we got food before the kitchen closed. Big thanks to Jack and Dave. Jack even offered us the last pudding which he named Helga, very funny, we continue to visit and remember his great service. Thankyou!
