The staff create an excellent ambience as soon as you enter. NJ and Tijez gave great service ensuring the quality food arrived promtly. The dessert was also great bang for your buck

This review is genuinely more about Beth than Wagamama itself. She made the entire experience exceptional through her warmth, friendliness, attentiveness and genuinely outstanding customer service. It’s rare to come across someone who makes you feel so welcome and goes beyond simply doing their job. Beth has that natural ability to turn an ordinary visit into something memorable, and her attitude is a real credit to her and the team. People like Beth are what make the difference between simply going out for a meal and actually enjoying the whole experience. Wagamama is fortunate to have someone like her representing the brand, and I genuinely hope her efforts are recognised and appreciated. Beth, thank you for making the experience so enjoyable. This five-star review is primarily for you, because you absolutely deserve it!

Me and my friends went here on Sunday 20/09/2026. Really poor customer service at this location. We ordered our drinks first, but while everyone else at the table got theirs, my friend's drink never arrived. The main food came out and they still didn't have their drink. On top of that, my friend asked for a toothpick, and it took a ridiculous 15 minutes just for that to be brought over. Wagamama is usually great, but the lack of basic attention to detail from the staff here completely ruined the meal for us. Won't be rushing back to this branch.
