Ive not had food here yet but its on my aganda. Going to hold a family get together here at sone point too as they can reserve an area for you and have buffet menus to pick from (cater). Busy, popular pub with the locals. Always friendly here.

Good filling food. Went as part of a large group of people. It was well organised and all the different meals people had were good portions of proper food.

The food served here is really nice. I had the pie and it was lovely, a really good comfort meal that you would expect from a British pub. Loads of seats, and toilets are clean. Prices are fair and decent. Staff are friendly. Places to sit outside, and pool tables to play for free. Plenty of places to park with a shop next door. On busy times I would recommend booking a table with them. Overall a lovely pub with great food and atmosphere

Lovely building and its clean and well preserved, we were greeted at the bar by James, who was very friendly,. We ordered food and drinks and the service was perfectly executed by the friendly staff,. I recommend the Ham hock, the butterflied chicken with chimychuri butter, the dirty burger.
This is great pub grub.
