  went there at 21:05 today awfully slow service got my order at 21:25, fries were cold stale and small like bits and the filling in the wrap good gods I think they forgot I’m paying for this. I’d give 0 star if I could, staff usually are okay but this time the cashier was quite rude when we asked why our order was late. Not a good experience at all.

  Was waiting on the kiosk to order physically but been 5 mins and no one came, also no one seem interested. The staff had been lounging around the floor not doing anything .

  I went in there and order a PLAIN CHEESE BURGER just burger cheese and buns but they put onines ketchup and pickles even know i ask FOR PLANE next time make a plane option

  I ordered chicken mcchrispy meal with 5 chicken select on drive through on 23/07/36 at 23:20hrs. The person who took order was very incompetent, could not take order so asked for help the other guy did the same thing. Th third one came and asked me to go through to window, Inlaid £14 but I was shocked who. I received my order. It took me 10 min to place order and I waited another 20 min at the window. I ordered as a meal but I only received chicken mac-chrispy. McDonald really needs to train staff or employ the only competent person. I was trying to speak at the window but no one came. I waited another 10 min. I could not wait longer as I was in front queue.. I don’t recommend this place to go anymore so bad service.

  We had a rubbish meal on Father’s Day at a restaurant so we decided to get some food at Mac’s after as we was still hungry after spending around £40/50 here and the first lot of food being wrong we then ended up with a £60 parking ticket absolutely disgusting and disappointed and when we contacted them we got a AI Response.
