  Today at 3:40pm I ordered a mayo chicken meal for collection through the app. Very simple order. Hadn’t eaten all day. I don’t know about drive thru or deliveries, but when I arrived to collect my food the inside space wasn’t busy. A couple families waiting for their food looking frustrated was the first red flag. The kitchen was very clearly completely disjointed. Little to no communication between staff. 15 fries sat lined up ready to go, bags and bags of food on the table waiting next to 10-15 drinks ready and yet in the restaurant people were waiting an extremely long time for their food. The one person I saw receive their food in the time I waited, complained to the staff member about how long it took to receive 2 small basic menu items. No sense of urgency, teamwork or management in the staff for the small amount of customers in the restaurant waiting. Beyond a sinking ship of a service that makes the new clean and decent looking space redundant, as you are just waiting and waiting for food. I had to leave at 4pm before I got my order after 20 minutes of waiting and 0 sign my food was going to be ready anytime soon. I tried to cancel the order on the app when I realised a grandmother with her granddaughter, who were waiting before I came in, still hadn’t received their order, which I imagine was a similarly small order as myself and the person who complained earlier. Apparently you can’t cancel once they are “prepping” your order. Had to leave on an empty stomach to work. Waste of time and money won’t come back.

  cold food and overcharged comaplained and the owner franchisee expected us to go back at our own time and expense or call the manager knowing the number be gave was unobtainable . we have put up with constant noise form tho branch late in the evening and I do not believe that the owner is trying to stop this the same as the false telephone number he provided which he apparently could call on . anyone in the local area experiencing anti social behaviour and noise since this restaurant has opened complain to the licensing agency as they should not have been granted a 24 hour licence

  This McDonalds is a very new build, opening only a year or so ago. As such the site is still new and well maintained. The food is exactly what you'd expect of McDonalds, decent and increasingly expensive but nostalgic. Visited a few times as its location makes it very easy to pop in, though be aware that pulling out onto the roundabout can be difficult and both the road and the site can get very busy during rush hour or peak periods. If you avoid those though it is a convenient site to satisfy your hunger.

  Nothing special about this McDonald's; it serves its purpose as a fast food restaurant. No humans available to take your order; just a machine that looks like an enlarged iPad to tap and make your choice, and with every tap it spams you with 'add this, add that.' Service was mediocre; no smiles to be seen. The atmosphere is dull and clinical, with unnecessarily loud music blaring from the ceiling. Everyone is on their phones, ignoring their children who are running around as if they are in the school playground. Food was edible but just thrown into the container; it was actually hot, so not all bad. McDonald's has become an emotionless machine, and this branch is the perfect example. What a future we have to look forward to with food from this company. Not what they used to be...
