  Lovely woman at the counter (who I now know as Megan) she had pink hair and beautiful tattoos and peircings helped me with ordering my food. She’s a lovely lady and will be coming back more often because of her. Thank you so much Megan, you were wonderful :D

  I love the food and milkshakes, especially that there are no seed oils. The staff are always so friendly, kind, and hardworking. I do think an automated ticket or order-number system would be a great addition, so the staff don’t have to shout out orders. They work incredibly hard, and it seems unfair that they have to strain their voices on top of everything else.

  Megan was the kindest person ever. I have dyslexia and struggle with machines. I also had two very very cheeky boys with me and needed help. She did everything to help me have the best experience ever. Please please promote her....absolutely amazing

  Staff behind the counter were really helpfully as itv was a while since coming to 5 guys. The cheese bacon burger is the best I’ve had in ages but the best was the Pistachio Milkshake
