A lovely visit to Five Guys in Ashford today. Rafael was super lovely and directed us to a table inside the restaurant. He offered crayons to my grandkids to keep them entertained while we waited for our food. The food was lovely, definitely worth the 10 min wait. Juicy burgers and the great amount of chips that we couldn’t even finish 😆 Would definitely come back!

Raphael was amazing, saw that I didn’t have a clue what I was doing, offered help and kindly brought our meal to the table. Very attentive to notice us struggling, extremely helpful and polite, a credit to Five Guys. Burgers are delicious and made your way.

I had an amazing visit at Ashford Five Guys today with my family. From the amazing quality food with juicy burgers, the staff looked like they were enjoying themselves which is rare to see nowadays in food chains ❤️ the place was very busy but we were sat down by a manager from what I can remember his name was Raffael he brought our food over to us. Definitely made the money worth with all this excellent service!! Music was a bit loud for our taste but I guess we can’t have everything we want. Really good serviceh and will definitely be coming back
