As we ordered the food at the counter we could feel the aircon on full blast. Asked 3 members of staff to turn it off - do something about it. We were finally met with a response of due to legal reasons they weren’t able to switch it off. We were sat frozen! We sent the chips back as they were cold from the minute we sat down. The disabled toilet, downstairs only available seating (upstairs closed off), was absolutely rank rotten visually and the smell.
- KSKaren SmithJul 12, 20263.0I go to get a breakfast on a Sunday morning and it has been getting progressively worse every week. It takes a long time while they all stand about doing nothing. Each week the food has been getting worse too, with this week my McMuffin was burnt black and inedible. I would have taken it back but I was on my way to work. I’m sure that McDonald policy would state not to sell burnt food but obviously the staff at Port Glasgow are disregarding that. I should have take a photo but I binned and I wasn’t digging in he bin just for that
