- MKMadrik KadriOct 8, 20265.0Great experience at this McDonald's! The food was served fast, but what really stood out was the staff. The person who served me was incredibly polite, welcoming, and professional. Outstanding customer service like this makes all the difference. Will definitely be coming back!
- TKTahsin KoohiOct 8, 20265.0⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Date: 9 October 2026 Excellent customer service at McDonald’s drive-thru! The gentleman who served me was extremely polite, respectful, friendly and professional. He was a true gentleman with excellent manners and a great attitude. He genuinely made my experience pleasant. McDonald’s should be proud to have such a wonderful member of staff. Thank you for the outstanding service! Time: 1:38 AM (UK time)
- NMNeil MitchellOct 6, 20265.0Excellent quality and early opening
- CMChloe McGinnSep 13, 20261.0Every time without fail when ordering delivery they forget a chunk of the order. Every single time. I know its hardly amazing quality food but their service is terrible. Either missing items or the food is cold
- MSMr SharpeSep 9, 20263.0Most times the upstairs area is closed off and they need security because of some young trouble makers. I have found myself having to go back because they have gave me wrong orders and sometimes MISSING items! Esp when getting a JustEat delivery it usually arrives late and sweaty in the bag and a MESS when delivered! the staff have made many mistakes, and served food that's just been flung together, a couldn't care less attitude.
