We've just ordered and waited over 20mins( whilst the place was relatively quiet apart from drive throughs) to recieve a £25.00 MEAL FOR 2 FROZEN AND THE COFFEE IS LIKE HOT WATER!!!! I sent it back and was told it would be heated up!! After another 15mins we decided enough wad enough and I went for a refund. The young lady couldn't be nicer and agreed that standards were not up to scratch. I have been in this business for many years and could have dished up a fish tea or burger meal in 10mins (HOT) and at half the price Disgusted and would never ever return Maybe I should have ordered 2 happy meals like the 2 older ladies in front of me who seem to have got them quickly and without any hassle. Although I did think they were for kids Avoid like the plague folks
