- SSStevenSep 7, 20261.0HORRENDOUS. They get the order wrong every time without fail. How hard can it be?
- CPC PSep 3, 20261.0Really disappointing experience at Greenock McDonald’s. Management seriously needs to consider retraining staff on how to read an order from the screen and actually follow what has been ordered. It shouldn’t be difficult to check an order properly before handing it out, yet items or requested extras are regularly missed. And apparently adding sauce to an order seems to be a challenge as well. If sauce has been selected and paid for/requested, it should be in the bag. Mistakes can happen, but when basic parts of an order are repeatedly missed, it points to a lack of attention and proper training. Please retrain staff to read the full order, follow it correctly, add the requested sauces, and check everything before giving it to the customer. It would save customers a lot of frustration.
- HTHayden TurnerAug 22, 20261.0Guy at till clearly didn't understand a word of English, could barely speak it himself, Ordered burger no onions no lettuce no pickles with 3 sweet curry dips and a drink got home burger had all of the above in it, found 3 long black hairs in the food and there were no sauces or straws first time writing a review don't normally do that but thought that was a bit of a joke.
