The restaurant was extremely crowded, and it took a long time before someone cleaned our table. The self-ordering machines were frustrating to use because some menu items were not showing properly. Because of this, my friend and I ended up with two different orders and burgers than what we expected. The hamburger also seemed suspicious to me. It felt like there was less meat and more fillers or other ingredients. Even after adding ketchup, the burger did not taste fresh or like proper meat quality. Unfortunately, later that night I started vomiting and felt sick until the morning. It seemed like food poisoning. I strongly believe the restaurant needs more staff, better food quality, and improved maintenance of their ordering machines. Overall, it was a very disappointing and unpleasant experience.
