Visited this restaurant while staying in the adjoining Premier Inn. Had breakfast and dinner here. Breakfast is buffet style both hot and continental. Plenty of choice of juices and hot drinks. Good selection of evening food and drinks with vegetarian options. Some items on the menu were not available due to changes in the menu. Staff are friendly and work hard. Busy times between 5pm-7pm.

Extremely rude front desk staff. We visited at non rush hour when the place was next to empty. The front facing staff saw us but didn’t acknowledge. We waited patiently. After 5-7 minutes his lordship asks us to step back and wait for him to finish whatever he was doing. Whereas seating us would’ve taken less than a minute.. We obviously left after that. Story couldn’t have gotten better.
