  The staff were very friendly and helpful, and they prepared my food exactly as per my instructions. I was served by Nathan and KB, and my food was prepared by Siobhan. The service was excellent, and everything was just right. I will definitely be coming back again!

  Shop was quiet so not much atmosphere. Kitchen area could have done with a sweep. Service was quick but not that inspiring. However, the food was hot and very nice.

  Went to collect the order and walked through the door as the app said it was ready. Was kept waiting for nearly 15 minutes despite a shop full of staff. Pizza was cold by the time I'd got it back which was only a 5 minute drive. Then when we rang to ask for a resolution, the young lady listened to us initially but just said they'd been left on the heat rack and then said she had to go and hung up. Very disappointed with this lack of professionalism as if the young lady couldn't deal with the matter, surely the manager should've had some spine and taken over the call rather than hanging up on our 2 subsequent calls
