  This an honest factual review. When dropping off order I asked if it was mine and the delivery driver said errr I think so. Handed me a medium pizza even though I ordered a large. I made a complaint and even though we’ve photographed pizza box , time stamps and order stickers they’re trying to refuse a refund. Needless to say I’ll be avoiding this branch as the service is not good and the management seem very arrogant. Never again.

  I'm not a bitter person, I'd say I'm factual. So what's wrong? Well everything. I ordered a large pepperoni pizza, portion of chips (serves 2) and a couple of dips. Sooooo, the driver arrived late to tell me sorry the post code sent me miles away. Hmm well there is only two premier inn's on the island so as we're talking about Newport so that's a lie. The food was cold and the chips are a disgrace at £4.00 (around 13p per chip I honestly did not eat or lie that's what was delivered). The pizza after a couple of slices I just felt sick. I've never seen a dominos look the colour I've received? Lastly the dips were substituted for different ones from what I ordered. I did phone straight away and was told another portion would be sent but again I was lied to as it never arrived. I have never had to complain on the mainland so can only assume it's a island issue? Please see the pictures and make your own decision. Papa John's next time I think!

  Had Domino’s a month ago and food was delicious pizzas are always spot on from domino’s keep the smashing work.

  I had a really disappointing experience ordering from Domino’s. The staff member I interacted with was extremely rude and unprofessional from the start. What made it worse was the tone and comments, which came across as disrespectful and even felt discriminatory. Customer service should be welcoming and respectful to everyone, but this was the complete opposite. On top of that, the overall attitude felt careless and cheap, like there was no regard for basic courtesy or customer satisfaction. I wouldn’t recommend this location based on my experience. Management seriously needs to address staff behavior and ensure customers are treated with respect.
