  Waited 22 minutes for my food which was cold due to the very slow servers. Asked for a refund to then be told that the card I issued didn’t match the initial payment transaction. Think the staff need retraining.

  I don’t usually leave reviews but this has happened so many times now I thought I should. The food is always nice but the service is super slow. Today we ordered 2 burger meals and some chicken fries and it took half an hour for us to get our food. If it was busy I’d maybe understand the wait, but it was pretty quiet so I don’t see a reason for it to take this long. Another thing I’ve noticed is that they often mark orders as ready to collect when they aren’t, and it usually takes another 10 minutes before the food is actually ready. The soda machines often don’t taste of much, so I don’t think they change out the syrup very often at all. Overall there’s a huge amount of room for improvement

  I love Burger King but this one is terrible. Tried a few timesto see if it was an off day. Nope. Avoid.

  Sad to say the burger I got was burnt. When brought up to tell them they said that’s how the burger is suppose to be. They did another one and burnt it again. Is this how Burger King is serving burgers now? Burning them now and selling them for £8+?
