  we ordered £70 worth of wings and they only sent 20 wings. they took all our food. no sauce came either. we’re all starving still. we called them asking for the food and they refused. so disappointed. we’re so hungry. daylight robbery

  Phenomenal! Today, I visited Wingstop for the first time and it could absolutely have not been a better experience, all thanks to my server, Laura. I will be visiting again as, apart from the food being of high quality, the atmosphere was so pleasant and the staff was very lovely; I am actually sure even that this was definitely one of the best customer services I have ever experienced at a franchise. Thank you :)

  Visited last night, extremely rude Indian man working at the till when ordering chicken. He basically shouted at us for choosing different flavours and changing our minds which I found absolutely ridiculous since they hadn’t started cooking and it was embarrassing. Please sort his behaviour out and retrain him he shouldn’t be in customer facing roles if he’s going to be aggressive with us

  Jamal provided excellent customer service from the moment I walked in. He was friendly, polite, and made sure my order was correct. Even though it was busy, he stayed professional and had a great attitude throughout. It’s always nice to be served by someone who genuinely cares about the customer experience.   If I could leave no stars I would. I bit into a raw chicken at least that’s what it tasted like 😡! There are flies everywhere in the store. Poor hygiene didn’t even want to use the loo either it was infested with flies. The Asian guy at the till seemed rude not hospitable at all. Overpriced food, greasy, raw, fly infested and just a horrible experience. I’ve been to other wingstops and I have had great experiences never a complaint but this one in Watford an absolute scam! Won’t be returning!
