She provided an excellent service was cheerful and friendly towards my two young granddaughters when we took them up to Watford for a holiday shopping trip. We observed a difficult situation unfold with four teenage/estly 20 young men who seemed to me to be planning to escape with a reduced bill by complaining after they had eaten, this despite Priya following what I assume is policy by asking during serving if they were happy after she left after a few visits they clearly had a good laugh and then created a scene which obviously upset Priya who engaged the manager and the men left. It was an unpleasant scene to witness someone who obviously works very hard and professionally at her job. To me, the way it was dealt with made it clear that this obnoxious behaviour is more common than I thought! Priya and her manager are to be praised. If they stick to this career path they are to be praised! I could not put up with the expectation of a recurrence of it were me. I despair at what this country is coming to if I’m honest. God bless our retail and hospitality staff.

We sometimes have extra requests, like additional sauce, and she’s always quick to bring it out. She’s definitely the best waitress there, and we visit fairly often!

She checked on us often to make sure we were good! If you come here I hope you get her as your server, or ask for her, and definitely come to the restaurant just because and you'll have fantastic service and food😊. She also went out of her way above and beyond to help us!!!

How can I amend my Click & Collect order?
Unfortunately, you will not be able to amend an order after placing it as payment will have already been taken, and in order to limit the amount of orders to keep you and our teams safe. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact the restaurant you placed an order with, and they will process this. Please be aware that refunds take up to three to four working days.
How can I cancel my Click & Collect order?
Please note that orders can only be cancelled if your collection time is at least one hour in the future. If it is less than an hour until your collection time, please call the restaurant at which you placed the order. They will ask for your order number, and once your details have been confirmed our team will process your refund. The money will then be credited back to your account within three to four working days.
Do you have Vegan & Vegetarian dishes?
We offer a range of vegetarian and vegan options, which can be found on our menu pages. Please be assured that we take necessary steps to avoid cross contamination in our kitchens. However, it is not possible to guarantee that dishes are 100% free from inadvertent traces of non-vegan or non-vegetarian substances as we produce vegan dishes and meat dishes in the same kitchen.
