Didn’t even see a big puddle of water on the floor and there was no warning sign at all and walked and fell down luckily I didn’t hurt myself or break any of my body . Don’t know why this wasn’t mopped up and why it takes someone to fall to sort it out .would like to thank the mangers for coming to me so quickly and making sure I was okay and a big thank you to Katie who works there and came over to make sure I was okay and got me a bottle of water .not happy how Tesco can just ignore big leak and puddle of water on the floor luckily I wasn’t an elderly that fell imagine if this was an elderly it would of been a lot worse .

- SPSangita PAug 29, 20262.0What's the point of scan and go to make shopping easier and quicker if EVERYTIME I go to the payment stations I get a bag check? Sometimes there is only one staff member doing this and several customers waiting. They re-scan at least 20 items which I've carefully packed and never put them back in the same way. They say it's a random check, but it certainly doesn't feel like it. Yesterday at the scan and go checkout there were several customers waiting for this so called random check. What to speak of you accidentally forget to scan an item, they take you over to a table and take out every item of shopping and re-scan everything. I'm sure the staff must feel uncomfortable doing this....?Tesco need to do something about this and stop treating every customer as if they are criminals out to steal something
