This has northing to do with the staff who i have found to be friendly and helpfully, i have given this a 1 star because of the parking camera, I have recieved a parking fine stating that i had over stayed the duration of the car park ( you have 45 minute free parking), i parked for 10 minutes on a Friday then i revisted the store on the Sunday for about 10 minutes again the camera didn't pick up i had left on the Friday but said i had stayed there until the Sunday which lead to the fine. after specking to a staff member i have found out this has happen to at least 5 other customers so beware

Great customer service here. I really needed a few items for a children’s party but the shelf for one of the items was completely empty! I asked the assistant Ravi if there might be any in the back storage. He went without hesitation and searched and searched. It was a frozen item and was more difficult to retrieve, but he kept looking and low and behold he found the item I needed! He was super helpful as are all the staff at Garston Tesco Express. Thank you Ravi, you saved me.

Great new store with long opening times on all seven days. Some prices are a little expensive, but I guess you pay for the convenience and free 45-minute parking.
